Our family is like so many others. We eat a ton of chicken and yes i get tired of cooking it. Yesterday I marinated a few breasts and thighs in a tandoori seasoning packet and let it sit for 24 hours, I grilled the chicken tonight and boy was it ever tasty. I made some brown rice and a bit of mixed veggies to go with it. Yes i know you are supposed to eat this with a simple steam rice but I did not have enough white rice and I want to get in as many servings of veggies as possible each day.
I think the true test to most meals is whether or not your kids will eat what you put in front of them.....well they did. Both of my girls and my nephew had seconds and were talking to each other about how delicious it was.
I would highly recommend this meal, even picky eaters would like it.
